Voice receptionist replay: "Watch Harper take a call"
A real run, replayed: a recorded call of 1 min 54 s over 14 turns, with a median 0.7 s to first audio.
For owners who want to hear it on a real phone: the bot verifies the number with a six-digit code, then calls it and says it is an AI in its first sentence.

A demo bot on a phone line, a minute into a recorded call
A real call to a demo phone line, replayed with captions; Harper looks things up while the caller waits.
A lead fills in your form, then waits for a callback. Some give up and call the next business. We build voice bots that ring first, ask the right questions and save the answers. This build shows one on a real phone, playing a plumbing company.
Checked Built with code verification and a 60-second cap.
Built and guarded: code verification on the number and a 60-second cap on every call.
A bot that phones people needs hard limits. We also build the phone side: calls over the internet [VoIP], with a browser phone like the one shown below.
These limits are built into the code.
The voice on the line is an AI, and it says so. It plays a plumbing company and never poses as a person. Your number goes to Twilio, the calling service, to send the code and place the call.
The server keeps only a scrambled fingerprint of it, to enforce one call a day. Its saved records hold fingerprints only, and the plain number stays in memory just while the code check and the call run.
We run the phone-call build with you live: you verify your number, the bot rings it and says it is an AI in its first sentence, and you hear it answer what you say.
Before a callback bot, a lead fills in a form and someone calls when they are free. Each caller gets different questions, and notes live in a head or an inbox. We build the version that rings when the form arrives. It asks the same questions every time and saves the answers as a record you can search.
On the recorded call, the median time to first audio was 0.7 s. Harper's written instructions held 12 numbered security rules, and Harper said it was an AI.
We have built voice bots that take real calls.
Harper is a receptionist styled after a property agency's front desk. On a recorded call it said it was an AI, asked what the caller needed and looked things up while the caller waited.
The recorded call replay plays with captions. Harper runs two web searches, declines to rate school districts and points to official sources.

A real run, replayed: a recorded call of 1 min 54 s over 14 turns, with a median 0.7 s to first audio.
We also built a separate browser business phone, where your phonebook, notes and call log sit together. We run our own business line on it.
The built phone supports hold and call waiting. It also checks the calling provider's signed messages to confirm who sent them. Incoming calls ring recently active devices and fall back to a cell phone. [Twilio, webhook signatures]
