Real builds you can open: every demo and sample in one place.

For careful buyers: live demos, recorded runs, working tools and complete example sites, each with the build behind it. Demo states are a live count from this server.

The labels

Every example on this site carries a short tag that says how to open it. Here is what each tag means, with one example of each.

Live

"Live on this server: press it and it runs" means the demo answers from this server right now. "Live readings from this server" means a reading shows its state as the page loads.

Replay

"A real run, replayed" means the run happened and its recorded results play back exactly as they came out.

Tool

"Working tool" means the software runs in your browser, loaded with customer records so you can see every screen at work.

Click

"Real screens plus a click-through" means you step through the app's own screens as a guided tour, with the rules behind them running as built.

Sandbox

"Sandbox" means the app runs in its own container with its own data, ready to try without touching any outside account.

"An offer" marks a service page. The examples beside it are the closest related builds, so you see the same skills at work.

Several examples

On pages with several examples, each example carries its own tag from this list. On pipeline replays, a "Ran for real" badge marks a stage that replays a recorded run, and an "Illustration" badge marks a stage drawn to explain it.

Live sites and public records

Three examples run on live sites and public records.

Landlord prospecting, live landlord.fullstack-freelancer.dev Captured

Live

Landlord prospecting x Grok (web-research demo)

Live, with one public record: one researched phone candidate with its cited source, held for review before anyone calls.

Every candidate keeps its cited source, so the number is checked before anyone dials it.

Every old address on both sites still lands on the right page.

How the example businesses are built

The example sites belong to Colorado trade businesses. Each one has its own name, pages, original imagery and a working contact form, built to the same standard as a client site. No stock photographs.

Site factory, eight business sites /work/seo-site-factory/demo/ Captured

Replay

Astro site factory: eight trade-business sites, research and checks

A real run, replayed: eight business sites, 309 pages, 12 build stages, checked for look-alike pages across all 28 site pairs.

The sites were built from 27 to 30 Sep 2026, with named checks at each of the 12 stages. AI agents draft the pages inside those stages, and the checks hold every page to the standard. [Astro]

Every contact form passed 66 of 66 checks against a test mail server.

When you review an example site, look at how its pages fit together and how the contact form behaves. Your own build runs through the same pipeline, with your name, your services and your approved content.

Samples made for one proposal

A proposal sometimes needs a sample that fits one job. We make a job-specific sample; its link is shared directly and privately in that proposal.

For a job-specific sample, name the chore and the action you want to inspect. Describe what should arrive, what should happen to it, and what you need to see afterward.

Choose the smallest example that answers your question. For a lead form, follow a lead through the board. For a calendar connection, watch the agenda read the account.

Each sample shows its data source beside the result, and it is built to help you make one decision.
